What We Did:
IntoClicks was asked by Barry Callahan, owner of Dent Busters, to redesign their website. At the time, their current website felt a bit dated and they wanted something that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing that introduces customers to the business. Many auto body websites tend toward Fast and the Furious or Formula 1 themes, they preferred something clean and modern. They were specifically interested in creating a sense that Dent Busters is a kind of “boutique” repair center, as focused on the human experience as it is on the vehicles.
A lot of their clients are older, and they liked the idea of a site that is easy to navigate and visually pleasing. Additionally, they feel very tied to the Tucson community and liked the idea of conveying this in some way through the site. IntoClicks researched several other auto body repair websites, including those that the client liked, and based the new design around these including input from the client. IntoClicks kept the old website’s blue color theme in order to convey a relaxed yet professional/boutique feel, as well as included many different icons all over the website.
IntoClicks also provides SEO services for Dent Busters; this includes optimizing images and pages for search results, as well as reputation management services. These reputation management services include review monitoring and tracking, as well as review filtering. Reviews are displayed on the website in the form of widgets and pop-ups.

Dent Busters was the first company in Tucson to offer Paintless Dent Repair, introducing the new process to Southern Arizona. In 2002, they expanded to include paint and collision services.
